The 2.5 gallon size is a special order item. We do not keep it in stock, however, it can be ordered. Each 2.5 gallon bag-n-box syrup yields 12.5 gallons of soda when used with a soda dispenser. Each 5 gallon bag-n-box syrup yields 30 gallons of soda when used with a soda dispenser. Now you can always have fresh soda on demand.
